Your details, only for the pilot.
Genfit runs www.genfit.style. This is what happens to what you send us here — your pilot application, and any email you write to us.

What we get
When you apply: your store or product link, your email, and how you found us — the ref or utm_source tag in the link you followed, or the site that sent you. That’s all the form sends.
When you write to support@genfit.style: your address and what you write.
When you visit: a few steps of the visit, with nothing that tells us who you are — see Cookies and visits below.
What we use it for
To make a sample album from your products, email it to you and answer you. If you want to go ahead, we send the pilot agreement and a payment link to the same address. We open the link you send and use the product photos there for your album. How you found us tells us which links bring brands here.
Who sees it
Your application is kept in Genfit’s own system, and a copy goes by email to the Genfit team’s inbox. Amazon Web Services runs that system and this site and sends our emails, and Google Workspace holds our inbox. Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant, helps us read applications and draft our replies — a person on the team decides what we send you. We don’t sell your details or use them for ads.
How long we keep it
While we talk with you about the pilot. If you don’t join, we delete your application within 12 months — ask, and we’ll do it sooner.
Cookies and visits
No cookies, and no ads or third-party trackers. To learn how this page works for visitors, it tells us a few steps of each visit: that you opened it and how you found us, whether the page was laid out for a phone or a wide screen, which example album you picked, how far you went through the story, and whether you reached the form.
These steps carry a random number that the page makes when it opens and forgets when it closes. Nothing is saved on your device for them, and nothing that tells us who you are is kept with them — no name, email, IP address or device ID. We delete them after 90 days. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the page sends nothing.
Your browser does remember one thing for the page: which album you opened, so a reload starts there. That stays in the tab and goes when you close it.
